The life on the Alp

The Alp is not very far from the village but life up there is quite different. In the middle of green spaces, Nicolas and his team are busy with various tasks such as maintaining the mountain pastures and forests, eliminating plants that cause problems, putting up fences and, of course, taking care of the animals.

The morning atmosphere has something magical, between the crackling fire, the pot full of milk, and the slowly rising sun, it is paradise.

Visitors pass by and friends get involved, all attracted by the beautiful energy of a place where nature, animals, sharing, and simplicity are the kings. The 6 months spent at Pâquier-Mottier are precious and intense for everyone.
