The
organic shop will be located in the Planto building and the old shop will be
transformed into a second-hand shop.
Its location
in the reception area of the hotel will allow important and very convenient
opening hours: from 7 am to 7 pm non-stop every day, including Sundays. Guests
will be able to go shopping at any time. There will be a selection of fresh
products made by our cooks and bakers. Bread will be made on-site and take-away
menus will be for sale.
There
will be five cellars whose walls bordering the shop will be vaulted and glazed.
As in the old days, a cellar will be created which will offer optimal climate conditions
for dairy products, meat, wine as well as for fruit and vegetables. Each cellar
will have the right temperature and humidity for the different products.
The offer
of unpackaged products will be even more consequent. All regional products, in
organic quality, as well as the products from our farm will be offered in the
shop.
The
naturopathy part will be developed. We are planning to create a wide range of
products made from the medicinal plants grown on the farm. You will find a
series of vinegars for healing, tinctures, and liqueurs,...
Shopping
while living an experience for all our five senses will be the aim of our new
project.
