Training Space

Let me introduce myself: I am the Training Space at the heart of Planto, with my large training room that houses my greatest asset, my raw earth wall adorned with an artwork. This collective artwork, created throughout the construction period, represents the invisible, symbiotic life of the soil and the visible life on the soil, from green meadows to forests. I host groups for a day or a longer stay, thanks to my dormitories and living spaces; they come to me to learn and share their practices for the benefit of humanity. One could say I am a sanctuary dedicated to self-connection and learning. You can dive into the heart of your knowledge journey within my protective cocoon!

The training space is located on the second and top floor of Planto, encompassing a fully dedicated level with a training room, a learning kitchen, and a washroom. Above it, a dormitory with 18 beds and a cozy lounge-kitchen completes the space. This harmonious environment is built with natural materials like raw earth and solid wood, and every detail is thoughtfully designed to promote relaxation and revitalization. It serves as a cocoon, welcoming groups of all sizes on their learning journeys.

The training room can host up to 24 participants for hands-on courses, fully equipped with everything needed for practice—yoga mats and accessories, massage tables, and more. Participants can work in groups or retreat into more private spaces, thanks to light, modular curtains that create flexible partitions. Opening into this room, a learning kitchen is set up for workshops and therapeutic cooking classes, for instance, those centered around medicinal plants. Conferences, theoretical or practical trainings, personal development courses, and workshops—many formats are possible, accommodating up to 100 people depending on the needs.

The heart of this training space is the curved raw earth wall, adorned with a collective artwork that invites all who enter to deeply connect with the surrounding nature. This collaborative creation will engage everyone involved—from the design phase to the construction phase—crafted during the building process in the on-site workshop chalet. Symbolically, it unites all these human beings, mirroring the symbiosis found in nature—between the visible and invisible worlds of soil, roots, mycelium, and other organisms, and the green meadows and forests above.
