This approach promotes soil fertility, conserves water, and creates a balanced ecosystem, ideal for growing flavorful, high-quality vegetables. Harvested at peak ripeness and in harmony with the seasons, they reflect the careful work of the land and the respect for all living things that guide our farm every day.
